1. How do I request an estimate?

Please complete the student information sheet which you can find by following this link to request an estimate. Once complete, we will contact you to review and answer any questions you may have.

2. How do I make a reservation?

Once the estimate is signed and approved by you, we will send you an invoice for payment. Your reservation will be confirmed in our system once payment is processed. We must have payment on file to confirm your reservation.

3. I've made my reservation. What's the next step?

We will contact you a couple of days prior to your reservation date to confirm your appointment window.

4. What services do you offer?

We offer multiple services as well as custom packages to fit your specific needs. You can find more information on our services page in the dropdown menu or by following this link.

5. What items can I store?

We are able to store most items including TV's, bicycles and much more. You can find more information on our services page in the dropdown menu or by following this link.

6. How do I collect my stored items once I'm ready to return to campus?
